First get your anxiety under control and then plan for a baby. Pregnancy can cause additional stress. Which you r not currently ready for. Take prescribed medications till your symptoms get controlled completely. After that you can be slowly taken off the medications. Treatment will take around 6 months. Once you reach your baseline level then you can plan pregnancy safely.

You're planning a child. Two options are there - but both need recommendations from your psychiatrist. 1. If you are completely stable without medications, and there has not been many episodes of anxiety disorder in the past (means, you have less chancevof relapse) - the medicines can be stopped and you can plan for pregnancy. 2. If your medications cannot be stopped at all - you could be switched to a medicine less harmful to the baby, and then you can plan pregnancy.
