Fever may or may not be a symptom of tooth ache.Get consult from physician. BP diastolic at 90 not exactly related to tooth ache .Consult a physician.For tooth ache and bleeding I suggest you take Tab Espidase-P ; 3 times a day for three days ; tab Flagyl - -400 mg ; 3 times a day for five days .Consult a dentist to rule out cavities, for proper scaling and oral prophylaxis .For weakness I suggest Cap Becozinc 1 daily for 15 days.
