Hello miss lybrate-user, it's not always the heel spur which causes pain. Sometimes flat foot i.e when the inner aspect of your feet are flat. Can also lead to similar pain. It is called plantar fasciitis. Taking corcium is not treatment for your problem. Also you don't have to take any more injections as 5 injections are more than enough for any patients. Now you need to start other medications which will heal it and some footwear modifications may help you. Thank you. Consult online for further details.

Hi lybrate-user I would need a more structured and comprehensive history to be able to help you. 1. Where exactly do you have pain on either side? 2. Is the pain at its worst on getting up in the morning and the first steps are the most painful followed by gradual improvement during the day? 3. Is walking on uneven surface much painful? 4. Do you have any medical issues? 5. Are you on any medication? 6. Can you show me the xray and mri? In the mean time I can only say that getting multiple steroid injections at the same site might do more harm than good. The exact problem needs to be identified and tackled tactfully. Thanks and regards vg.

Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. Wear mcr chappals. Try keeping ice fermentation too which will be helpful.

Rest as much as possible. Apply ice to the heel for 10 to 15 minutes twice a day. Wear shoes that fit properly. Wear a night splint, a special device that stretches the foot while you sleep. Use heel lifts or shoe inserts to reduce pain. Homeopathy has very encouraging results. Consult online with details.
