Neeri is not a standardized or approved treatment. You have a small non obstructive stone. Just make a habit of increasing your fluid intake. Take a glass of water every hour reduce salt intake lead an active daily routine review progress of stone atleast 6-12 months later consult gynaecologist for menstrual problem.

3 mm calculi you need not worry, you just drink sufficient water, especially citrus containing fluids like lemon water, orange juice. Neeri does not help.
