I am 31 /f married planning fr a child, bt I am not able to track my ovulation date becoz of irregular periods. Can you suggest some meds or vitamins which helps to regulate my period and I can track my ovulation, does consuming folic acid tab help in conceiving? If yes can you suggest me the dose?
