Sir I am a diabetic for ten years on teneligliptin 20 mg. Repace 50 novastat 5 mg. Lipid alright, weight 58 kg, height 5.11 inch.hb1ac 6.4.for two weeks my bp is continuously low 90/60. On moderate diet. Blood sugar is fasting 111 and ppg 146 without medicine checked by one touch select simple glucometer. Please suggest whether to continue high bp medicine. Due to lighten I can't see a doctor.

Please reduce your BP medicine (Repace) to 1/2 and monitor BP if it remains low persistently then stop it.

Mr Samir Kanti Nath, I have seen the details given. Your glucose levels mentioned are showing good control. Even HbA1c% is also very good. Please continue the same treatment and lifestyle. As regards BP which is quite low, so you may stop the drug Losartan50 mg for a few days. Keep monitoring the BP regularly. Only when it goes above normal then you may consider taking the medication. Thanks.
