My nephrologist has prescribed cefalexin 250 mg for painful pimples. Pimples go away after taking it for 5 days. But pimples come back after 2 weeks. I have observed this several times. Any permanent solution?

treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. For starters nephrologists are not the right people to treat pimples. Acne treatment has many factors to consider age, sex, hormone profile, life style, any coexisting disordered. please take proper treatment with a dermatologist.
