Hi as your child is only 8 months old, better not to give norflox and metrogyl combination, mostly it will be a viral diarrhea, some children do have diarrhea during teething but it could be just a coincidence, continue feeding and home made semisolid foods, give darolac sachet half two times, electral, wash his hands frequently, usually they play on floor and put fingers in mouth leading to infection and diarrhea, if your child is accepting feeds and complementary food passing urine adequately then nothing to worry.

Eruption of teeth and diarrhoea are not related. NO. Don't give antibiotic ( Oflox and metronidazole) without advice from a doctor. It may do more harm. What medicines you need can only be decided on knowing full details about your child.
