I've been suffering from generalized anxiety disorder for two and half years. I've been having muscle twitching in my whole body lately. So I have had brain mri done. And the report says. 1:- there are few tiny t2/flair hyperintesity in left front-parietal regions, showing free diffusion on dw image, likely non specific white matter changes. 2:- brain parenchyma otherwise appears unremarkable with no evidence of obvious from lesion in the intra-axial or extra-axial compartment elsewhere. 3:- ventricular system and cisterns are normal. 4:- bilateral basal ganglia, thalami and internal capsule are normal. 5:- brainstem appears normal. 6:- visualized cranial nerves are normal. 7:- major flow-voids are visualized. 8:- cerebellar hemispheres appear unremarkable. Impression :- brain mri reveals no significant abnormality. The first line of report is my cause of concern. However, my doctor didn't seem to be bothered about my report nor he told me anything about this 't2/flair hyperintesity' thing. Is everything fine with me? I am worried. Please help.
