Most of the times, skin problem will be attached to the underlying internal health issues. Thyroid, pcod ,diabetes and other medical issues can cause pimple like eruptions in that area. Your weight and diet also play a role in constipation and cause wart like lesions in that area ,which mimic like pimples.
