I am 32 years old married man. I am suffering from fungus infection from past 15 years. There are small small white patches all over the body. It is disappearing and developing again often. Rarely I feel itching. Consulted doctor few times. They had given af tablet and fluconazole cream. If I take tablet and apply cream then these patches will disappear. If I stop taking treatment again after few months it starts developing. From last few years small small skin tags are developing on neck and armpits. It is causing irritation. Please suggest effective medicine for this.

Dear lybrate-user, you have taken treatment for fungal infection many times but you have to take precautions to prevent recurrence. Wash all clothes in hot water daily including bed linen, towel and undergarments. Wear loose cotton clothing and most importantly take course of antifungals creams and tablets under supervision of a good qualified dermatologist. For skin tags, laser and radio-frequency ablation can be done and weight reduction is important.
