For consistent blood sugar control you need sufficient medicines, regular exercise and strict diabetic diet.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. It is better if you had given fasting, pp glucose and hba1c%, that would give a clear indication of level of control. Plus there is a need to know his weight, height, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern and lipid profile as well as bp readings. Since he is on k - m2 (how many times a day is not mentioned), there may be a need for additional drugs. Taking things like neem tea, bitter gourd juice have no clinically proven benefits. Their usage more an anecdotal one. In a person with diabetes having very good control glucose levels should be: fbg < 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <6.5% therefore, there is a need for giving a closer look at overall treatment like drugs, diet, extent of daily exercise, weight control and lipid levels. Therefore, if you are looking for online help please come back with all the information that I have mentioned in a private conversation (paid consultation) then I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe necessary drugs also. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. Otherwise, please consult your physician and get the necessary upgrade. Please remember it is very essential to achiev a strict blood glucose control for preventing or postponing the long term complications associated with diabetes. Thanks.

Sugar level may fluctuate depending upon the food he takes and the daily physical activities. He may need a good guidance on the diet and adjustment in medication accordingly. Since he is still young he can keep the sugar under control easily to prevent long term problems.
