I am having bp 149/70,140/65,130/63etc. I am medicine ctd 6.25/t20. O.d. Pl advise whether I should stop taking med.

Your bp. You should not stop bp tablet. It only 'controls' bp at certain level but does not cure permanently. Don't change bp dosage without consulting your physician.

Your bp is sometimes within normal range and sometimes high. Fluctuations are normal. If you are regularly taking chlorthalidone and telmisartan then please continue. The naproxen that you take for your spondylitis may affect your bp and kidney, so use cautiously.
