I am 50 year old male. I had angioplasty done and three stent implantation. Injan 2017 I had heart attack and during that time high sugar detected. I was having high b p. After heart attack my ejection fraction was 30%. Now days the sugar and bp both under control. I am now days doing long run. I am taking concor 2.5 eptus 25 mg and gemer 0.5/500 mg in morning ecosprin av 75 and prax 10 mg after lunch and januvia in night. I am taking long distance run 10 to 21 km on regular basis. Kindly advise.

Your stent medicines prax and ecosprin are required only for 1 year. Ask your Dr. about single antiplatelet drug like clopidogrel 75. Jogging will improve blood sugar but I feel it is is not the best way to live a healthy long life.
