I just ate a potato that has been sitting out for two days that was cooked in foil and not refrigerated, how at risk am I for botulism?

potatoes in foil could easily become a botulism risk it is no longer consider a safe practice to bake potatoes in aluminum foil instead you rub in olive oil and Peirce them with fork bake them with own skin
