Hi mam, my mom's teeth are getting black and slowly they are breaking into pieces, all teeth are getting like that ols help.

It seems your mother is having multiple carious teeth and the decay has lead the loss of tooth structure. Not necessary that all the damaged teeth have same amount of progress hence the treatment required for them may vary. Pls get an opg done (a panoramic xray) for better opinion.
