My fbs 90-105 nd p.p 140-165 I take vildapride m50/1000 bbf nd diamicron 30 mg bd mai kiya night dose reduce karu jab srif vildapride m50/1000 leta tha fasting arround 115-125 bich bich mai 135-140 hota tha is liye night me diamicron add kiya tha please suggest me please Kiya diamicron poweful hai yea normal.

Your fasting and pp is also good, continue the same and do some excersize ,diet. Check the sugars regulerly.

See your fasting blood sugars r controlled with these medicines if you stop any one then your blood sugar levels will rise as diabetes is progressive disease you had to continue both medicines unless your blood sugar levels you getting too low below the normal range check your glyhba1c test which will reflect your last three months blood sugar levels.
