Hello! I have these horizontal ridges on only both of my big toenails that does not extend over the whole toenail. They are about 1 cm long. I have several of these ridges on my right toe and about one of my left tone. I tend to wear covered shoes alot. They have been there for quite long, and I don't get pedicures very regularly. May I know what those could be?
