Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. With tsh at 13.441 mu/l, your hypothyroidism is not in control at all. In a well controlled person tsh is around 3 to 4 mu/l, at which level all the symptoms of the condition are in check. Another aspect of not being in control is your bmi of 33.16 kgs/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs /sq meter). This shows you have almost grade 2 obesity and there is an excess of over 23 kgs. Your ideal body weight should be around 54 kgs. This also is due to uncontrolled hypothyroidism. So you will have to increase the dosage of levothyroxine. It is better if you come with following details like: what are the symptoms you may have, dietary pattern, bp and heart rate, lipid profile and extent of daily exercise. Plus also get your blood glucose too checked (fasting and after food glucose levels) and come in a private conversation, then I will be able to give a detailed advice and specific guidelines. Or else please contact your local physician and get proper treatment initiated. Thanks.
