lybrate-user ji, thanks for the query. Tsh 9.12 mu/l is a bit high, still considered as sub-clinical hypothyroidism and no treatment is advised. However, when there are specific symptoms present as you have written, then treatment is advocated. Please also get an anti tpo antibody test done to see if the cause for high tsh is hashimoto's thyroiditis (ht). You will need to take levothyroxine. The dosage needs to be calculated based on weight, height and t4 levels. In this communication we are not supposed to prescribe or recommend any drugs. For that you need to come in a private conversation with all the details, then I will be able to help. You can also approach your local physician and get the necessary prescription and initiate the treatment if not interested in online consultation. Please understand it is necessary for you to take action quickly to avoid the problems being faced now. Thanks.
