Hello, thanks for the query. I have read the detail mentioned. However, it is unclear what are you referring as "hardening" of the right lobe of thyroid gland. Is it growing in size? Have you noticed any increase in size even a minor one? Secondly get your anti tpo antibodies test done, to see if there is any increase in those. Because lymphocytic infiltration of thyroid gland can increase the firmness of the gland. You have mentioned about the dosage of levothyroxine being taken, but nothing mentioned about tsh level. That is important to know. If there is an increase in the hardening or size of the gland it is better to get an ultra sonography of the thyroid done. Thanks.
