Hi I understand your concern but see facial pigmentation can have multiple causes and using de-pigmenting cream alone is not the only resort. First the cause of pigmentation needs to identified so that right treatment can be tailored according to the diagnosis. Additionally you can use sunscreens with at least spf 30 so as to avoid progression of pigmentation. Their are many treatment options including oral medicines, topical creams, chemical peels, lasers but first you need to have consultation so that you can get tailored treatment.
