You'll need an urine routine examination (urine r/e) first. Possibility of urinary infection can't be ruled out because you didn't mention other symptoms like fever, pain in lower abdomen, burning micturition etc. Do the test, and take the report to a physician.

Foamy urine can be due to several reasons e.g infections, kidney problems, etc. It would be good if you get investigated further before we decide it is of no major concern.
