I used hydroquinone cream. But I had pigmentation on my face. Dark patches in forehead now I used demelan cream from 4 weeks than dark patches are slowly gone .but my skin glow is very low before my original skin tone. Can I you suggests what type of cream or c�pustules for my skin glow or whitening.

Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand your concern about facial hyperpigmentation. Please understand that hydroquinone that is used for a long period of time, by itself can cause pigmentary changes of the face. So,since you were not benefitted from it, you can completely stop its usage 2) demelan is a good cream with active ingredients like kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutinin, with all good lightening agents with a good safety profile. You can continue using it. 3) but please take care of using this cream only at night as this can make the skin photosensitive, hence a good sunscreen routine, preferably gel- based with spf not less than 50 is mandatory. Apply sunscreen ideally 2 hours before getting out in the sun, for the well activation of its ingredients and also double application is required, once in the morning and the other in the afternoon. 4) you can also have supplementary anti- oxidant capsules for better free- radical coverage and protection. Also have food and fruits rich anti- oxidants. Hope your query is cleared thank you and take care.
