After taking it for a year she stop using it, and again she started behaving abnormally she didn't take her food lost all her weight don't take medicine at all doesn't talk to anyone, we try a lot to feed her talk talk to her she just refuse. She should not have stopped the medication unless approved by her doctor. Now that she has had a relapse she must go back to her medication but let the doctor prescribe it. Since she is uncooperative, ask her doctor if s/he is willing to give some medication which can be slipped into her food and make her more amenable to seek treatment. If not, you may have to take her to the hospital against her wish and admit her. Even if that is not possible, some centers will come home and tranquilize her and take her to treatment admission. During therapy, please start her on counseling and make sure this time around that she takes her medication and only comes off of it under doctor's supervision.
