Dear user, nervousness or anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. You have anxiety problem. The symptoms are palpitations, tremors, sweating, shortness of breath etc. Spo2 is amount of oxygen in our blood. Whenever there is shortness of breath enough oxygen does not reach the lungs and hence less oxygen in blood. Causes spo2 to go down. Spo2 above 88 is considered normal. It can vary between 88-99 from time to time. Whenever you are anxious or scared, its normal physiological response of the body to increase heart rate (palpitations and tachycardia). Its normal. Everyone experiences same when they are anxious. So theres no need to worry. Before covid test you were anxious so your heart rate was fast and spo2 came slightly less. When test came negative then your anxiety was relieved so the value came back to normal. Do not worry. You are fine. But you are struggling with anxiety. Stresnil is good for temporary relief but you can get used to it in long run. So please consult with a psychiatrist for proper guidance and treatment.
