Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details. In diabetes one of the common complication is erectile dysfunction (ed). This happens due to small blood vessels supplying the penile muscle are affected hence there is less of hardening. Therefore, it is very essential to achieve a very strict blood glucose control with fbg < 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Since there is no mention of any of those details, I have no idea how good is the control. Plus there is a need for strict diet control with caloric intake matching the actual need and regular exercise for over 1 hour a day. Since you are very young it is absolutely essential to achiev the glucose targets mentioned. As for ed there may be a need to take certain drugs like pde-v inhibitors like sildenafil or tadanafil.
