My blood sugar fluctuates some time it level 270 ppsome time comes down as low as 42. Feeling too much weakness. I am on insulin 28 units plus tengliptin & gp 4 5 mg before breakfast, voglibose .5 before lunch and 1/2 gp4 5 mg before dinner. For weakness will protinex diabetic help? Thanks.
