I am feeling anxiety from last 4 months due to stress and corona fear. Taken medicine zapiz 0.5 and fludac 20 mg. Stopped after taking 2 months. Now again I feel anxiety sometime and I have problem of over thinking and problem in concentration in any thing. Fear of height is also my problem. Abnormal dreams I am facing again and again. I am also been hyper on little issues also. My mind is not my control and not relaxed. Thinking all time on any little topic in depth. Kindly advise some medicine to calm my mind and reduce anxiety. I need relaxed mind. Done all thing like yoga, diat,stop alcohol but nothing help me. Kindly help pls.
