I am 63 year old male suffering from depression and anxiety for the last 1 and half year. I am taking nexito 5 mg (doctor prescribed 10 mg) during the day and oleanz 2.5 at bed time. I was taking 10 mg nexito upto last month.in the meantime my urine output became low so I reduced nexito by 5 mg. I am also suffering from low appetite and less sleep. However I am taking simultaneously brahmi capsule twice a day and ashwagandha powder. Please suggest the right treatment as am very much stressed for low output of urine. Is it side effects of medicines.

First of all don't self medicate your self. As doctor has advised nexito 10, you should take same. Urinary issues at your age can have multiple causes and need to be evaluated by physician and seems less likely due to medicine. And I don't recommend mixing allopathy with ayurvedic. Mixing 2 pathy can be more harmful.

Several medicines are available in homeopathy for depression and negative thoughts. But it is not possible to select any without thorough case taking. Because in homeopathy no patent medicine is available which will benefit every case. Every patient is unique and requires unique medicine. You can contact online for more details. Thanks.

We need to start with simple things. Compare your water input and output before medication and now. If the intake itself has changed, it will reflect in you're output. If there is adequate sense of passing urine but problem is there only when you are passing, like pain or burning or obstruction, then kindly consultant a surgeon for the same. In either case the medications you are taking have no role.

The medication you are taking is not implicated in reduced urine output, kindly consult an urologist and get evaluated. Good luck.
