I am 24 years old. I have been using clobetamil g cream for about 2 years. Recently I came to know that it is a steroid and long term use is not healthy. So I stopped immediately and now its been like a week my face has stared itching and their are rashes all over my face. I have stopped using any sort of face products. I have been putting only ice and aloevera in my face for now. What should I do? And how do I treat this rashes?

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun.
