Hello lybrate-user. -amh is a hormone which determines the egg count in the body. Normal value is more than 1 ng/ml.-and the medication you are using (letrozole) helps in the growth of eggs. It cannot change amh value. -your thyroid is a little on the higher side. If you are planning to get pregnant, it is advisable to get tsh below 3. Hope this information helps. For any future follow-ups you can consult me privately.
