Perform this exercise 10 times on each leg. 5. Than do the same with both legs together for 10 times. Extention exercises: lying prone position, extend your back like cobra position. Hold for 5 second s then come down. Repeat it 5 to 10 times. Use hot pack for 15 minutes twice daily before exercises.
