Colour deficiency is usually a congential defect and cannot be rectified. Usually Ishihara charts are used for colour vision testing. Very few people with normal colour vision will not be able to read those charts. If you feel you are one such person go to a tertiary care set up like AIIMS delhi and get a detailed evaluation and other colour vision tests like Anamoloscope/ Franswoth Munsel test/ERG done.
