Dear Ms. lybrate-user, I assume that your last tsh was normal on 75 ug of thyroid tablet and that your bp is under good control on current medication. For your height of 164 cm the correct weight would be 62-66 kg. If youfollow the suggestions given below you may be able to reduce weight and it will help all your problems such as high bp and sleep apnea reduce the quantity of carbohydrate (rice, wheat, rava, maida) in each meal and increase the quantity of protein (dhal, soya, egg white, fish or chicken). Take lot of green leafy vegetables walk 5 km per day and gradually reduce weight by 1 kg per month to ideal body weight (height in cm minus 100 will roughly be your ideal body weight in kg) about 62-66 kg.
