Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand your concern, please understand that development of pustules or blisters on a fungal infection shows a hypersensitivity reaction of the medication you are applying on that area. 2) kindly stop the usage of topical fungal medications you are using, you can continue on the oral medication (itraconazole). You can also wash the area with ketoconazole soap twice daily. Apply an antibacterial cream on the blisters to prevent a secondary bacterial infection. Continue having cetrizine tablet once the blisters have subsided, you can visit a nearby dermatologist or book an appointment with me to send photo of the lesion to grade the severity and give specific anti fungal treatment. 3) also follow these measures - keep area always dry - use only dry clothes - wear loose, breathable cotton clothes - iron your clothes before wearing to kill the fungal molds - wash area with lukewarm water - frequent changing of bed linens and towels.- do not share your personal items. - maintain good genital hygiene. Hope your query is cleared thank you and take care.
