Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Bleeding is also due to infected & swollen gums. Advise investigation (opg x-ray) with clinical examination for the treatment to check for bone loss & pockets. Adv. Artificial enamel filling, deep cleaning or surgical curettage, a gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

If your gums are receding, medicine alone will not help, you need to visit your dentist and need to find cause of gum recession, you might have to go for teeth cleaning followed by a surgery.

You may visit a dentist for a regular check up .express your concern regarding same .if there is tartar / deposit on teeth you may need teeth cleaning and polishing done .n a mouthwash to be exact chlohex plus rinse two times a day for 15 to 28 days. To reduce swelling in gums. Loosened teeth may get tightened once gum tighten. But if there is bone loss around the tooth. The teeth will be bound to be loose. So for that we either advise a cbct or a full mouth xray to get the correct diagnosis.

Hi. If you have a problem of gum as well as loose teeth then it can neither be cured with only medications nor without treatment. You would be having periodontal issue that would need a proper scaling (cleaning) and may require other treatment too for which you should visit a dentist for sure. Once you undergone these then home therapies like warm saline rinses and medication can work out properly. Thanks.

First of all correct your brushing habits. Always use soft bristled toothbrush. Gently brush your teeth vertically and never horizontally. Use dental floss once a day and brush your teeth twice daily after meals. This will improve health of your gums. If you have calculus or stains attached to your teeth then get complete scaling (professional cleaning) of teeth to be done by your dentist. This will improve attachment of gums to teeth and prevent receding of gums. You can use a good chlorhexidine mouthwash to be rinsed twice daily. This will decrease pathological bacterial load in your gums and hasten healing of gums and prevent further damage to gums by bacteria. Though loose teeth can't be treated by medicines. Medicines and only help to prevent further damage to the gums and bone surrounding the teeth. You can go for periodontal splinting in which loose teeth are splinted with the firm teeth to decrease the degree of mobility. You need to have an opg done. It can be associated with underlying diseases as well like hyperthyroidism so get a serum calcium done. If there are deposits of calculus in your teeth and your mouth smells, please get scaling or cleaning your teeth.
