Tetracycline group of drugs (like minocycline) is generally avoided in pregnancy. Do not take minocycline (minoz 50) in pregnancy. Use only topical medication like clindymycin cream for acne. Must consult nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.

Never take minoz during pregnancy use only gel for pimples now. May be a face wash also.
