I got some kind of skin allergy after return from thailand in mid feb. 2020. Symptoms include, itching and red patches and bumps over all body. I am consuming teczine 10 mg, 1 tb per day since march but whenever I miss a single dose, it occurs next day. Please suggest some effective medicine or food which can be helpful.
