I am suffering from boils on butt and it's so painful and pus. Before few days I have done test by stool sample and found bad bacteria on blood and dead skin. Doctor recommend me metronidazole, itraconazole capsules and since ointment but not relief. Please suggest me or recommend some medicine.

Boils are unlikely caused by fungal infection. Max cases are seen due to bacterial infection (staphylococcus/ streptococcus. So antifungal like itraconazole will not help you that much. We do not recommend metronidazole in painful pus filled lesion like boil.(amoxycilin clavulinic acid works better in such cases). Visit nearest dermatolgist for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.

Internal health like diabetes, hypercholestrolemia, atopy ,obesity, diet, stress etc can be associated with folliculitis scalp. Check your weight, lipid profile, sugar levels etc to find out the association. Reduce diet having high glycemic index, oily foods which control flares or pop ups. Usually, nose (nostrils) is the reservoir of bacteria like staph ,so try to put mupirocin oint or sodium fusidate cream in the nostrils to avoid bacterial colonisation.
