My blood pressure is 140/80 I am taking telvas am 80/5.i am taking medicine regularly but my blood pressure don't come to normal. Is magnesium supplements held in lowering blood pressure.

Yes definitely potassium and other micronutrients like magnesium help in lowering bp. But you can not depend solely on those. You have take antihypertensive medications to control your bp.
