How should I use clindamycin+adapalene gel on my face, should I use it all over my face or just on my acne and for how long I have to use it and how many time a day.

Good afternoon lybrate-user. reena. A proper recommendation could be given if assessment of the acne and its severity was possible. Regardless, it is advised you apply it to pimple and prone areas and not for spot treatment of acne. Apply it once at night only (not during the day) and wear a sunscreen during the day (it can make your skin photosensitive). Apply only a small amount as advised; do not over apply. If you do, you may notice excessive reddening and dryness of the application area. This can be remedied if it happens. Regarding how long you have to use it. It depends on the results. Changes can be made to your treatment regimen based on results.

Apply only on lesion and not all over face .use once daily at night and apply smal amount but do not rub after application. Sometimes patient develop photosensitivity with adapalene. So use sunscreen during daytime in that case. About duration of treatment- it can be advised to continue only after seeing the results of improvement. Thanks.
