Hlo. Sir my mother is prediabetes patients. She take medicine megagliptin 500/20 mg in empty stomach. Since from 2 year .she having 151 cm height and 64 kg weight .fasting blood sugar 110 mg/dl. And after meal 125 mg /dl .she also have problem of high bp she take telvas h 40/ 12.5 mg .right now her sugar control should she discontinued both medications. Otherwise she continues bp medicine. Or discontinued diabetic medicine. please sir hlp about this confusion.
