My age is 67. I am diabetes patient type 2 my sugar level after meal 200 my doctor prescribe glipizide 5 mg 1 tablet at morning and glibenclamide 5 mg at night. Any reaction of medicine or side effect are there?

Both are not safe for your age it can cause hypoglycemia and 2 sulphonylurea (glibenclamide ++glipizide) should not be given together. Other safer medicines can be started for better control.
