Can betamil gm used for dark spots removal also? I have red big pimple like spots on my neck region and after sometime it changes into a black spots. Can I use this?

Never use this kind of cream. Every cream should not apply on every skin lesion. These steroid creams causes permanent damage of your skin. You should use plane depigmenting creams like kojic acid/ azaleic acid, glycolic acid, vir c, nicotinamide and proper sun protection with sunscreen. Best way is you should consult with your dermatologist.

Your pimple and black spot issue can be dealt with provided you first consult with a qualified dermatologist.
