As you are suffering from ch idio urticaria (cih) for quite a long time, do all necessary investigations (like cbc routine urine hbsag thyroid profile to find out the cause).in 50 percent cases the causes are idiopathic (no cause) and in 50 percent cases there is some underlying condition for that urticaria.
