Hi doctor, I have hair fall so I went to a doctor. He recommend to use finasteride 1 mg tablets .but I have seen many reviews that finasteride has many side effects like low libido depression so should I use or not. And does finasteride really has side effects.

Fin astride has these side effects, you can also try minoxidil based lotions but the result depending severity of hair loss and it's causes. Hair transplant is could be another alternative.

Yes finastride has a large side effect profile I never advise it to use for hair loss lot many better and safe options already available for hairloss.
