For acne oral isotretinoin is used always under guidance of doctor as this medicine have some side effects which should explained well to the patients. Cream and tablet can't be compared so one can't replace another. Depending upon acne severity. A good suggestion can be give .u can revert back with a picture of your problem. Thanks.

please don't self treat. The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important.
