Hi. The cause of your hair fall should be find out first and then treatment can be advised. For dandruff use ketoconazole zinc pyrithione shampo (scalpe +)or cyclopirox shampoo (c win shampo) twice wkly. Take biotin rich tablets like biote forte/ follihair.
