I have sugar problem I am using janumet 50 /500 twice and vobit 0.3 twice. Is there any single medicine to it and is vobit has any side effects, pls suggest.

Mam, therapy also depends upon hba1c. No medicine is in general free of side effects. I would suggest to reinforce medical nutrition therapy along with aerobic exercise. If you are able to get good glycemic control, medicine can be gradually tapered.
